Semester Course

Time is the core of many digital arts, including: video, animation, music, web-casting and new media performance. This course explores the theory and application of media that is collected over time, processed, and then re-presented in time.

Hands-on, creative projects will be supported by lectures, screenings, and discussions. This course also surveys works of Laurie Anderson, Merce Cunningham, Buster Keaton, Yoko Ono, Yvonne Rainer, Bill Viola, and William Wegman.
